Main task of our finance team is the administration of all financial resources, including a detailed finance and budget planning in close cooperation with the technical teams, the exact finance documentation and control with the mean of statement of revenues and expenditures as well as cash management. Goal is the optimal use of all given money.
On top of that a variety of different office tasks such as the correct storage of delivery order, copies of bills and other papers is part of our task.
Furthermore we take care of ordering the needed vehicle parts and other material according to the school regulations. In cooperation with the school workers we coordinate the execution of sponsoring contracts, contribution receipt and donations.
For the Formula Student Events we are responsible for preparing and compiling the cost report. For that all costs of our race car have to be listed in detail and defended at the event.
Together with the project management, Public Relations and Marketing we control all external given deadlines and the registration of the events. We focus on a good network between the teams so a good flow of information is possible.
