The main task of project management is the coordination of the technical groups and their linkage with the business sector. For this purpose, periodic meetings are hold, where the team leaders exchange their experiences. In addition, the project management participates at the individual group meetings to solve individual arising problems immediately.

Other important tasks are the drawing-up and control of the time schedule, the allocation of individual tasks to the groups and the making of general principle decisions. The contact with supervising professors, sponsors and advisors is coordinated by the project leaders.   

In short, the Project Management is the contact for all persons involved in the WHZ Racing Team and it is responsible for its coordination.
